Our values

Tune out and leave your camera and online presence for what they are. Give others their privacy. Immerse yourself in the here and now with the Wildeburgers around you. Together we dive into the bamboojungle.

Feel comfortable and be who you want to be. Together we will turn it into a unforgettable weekend.

Sexual harassment is definitely a no-go. Yes means yes, no means no, maybe means no and silence means no. Feeling unsafe? Speak to one of our atmosphere managers or first aid staff. Not in a hurry, but want to make a report? It is also possible to fill in the contact form.

Wildeburg loves bamboo and nature. Please don’t use plants and trees for personal decoration, same goes for the beautiful art and installations created for the Wildeburg event. Countless creatives work with tremendous time and love on all the art and details of Wildeburg, so please keep their work intact.

There is always a party on the festival grounds. Every happy camper chooses their own pace and decides for themselves when to go to bed, so please respect other’s space and moments of rest.

Cigarette butts are the number one polluter of Wildeburg, and are incredibly difficult to clean up. Therefore, we hand out portable ashtrays at the entrance. Also keep your own camping spot clean and recycle your tent for the next festival. Hand in your filled trash bag at the trash station when you leave. There your weekend pass will be scanned and €15 deposit will be returned to you after the festival.

Wildeburg is a place of freedom, but we do see the limits of the limitless possibilities. There is always a party somewhere, but be sure to take your rest in time so that your whole weekend is great. Important from a safety standpoint: swimming is only allowed between 08:00 a.m. and sunset. Please only take a dive when sober and with others.

Use the provided toilets to avoid nasty smells and toilet paper in the bamboojungle. The portable loos are the only correct place for all your private needs. After Wildeburg, the site will be a recreational area and campground again, so let’s leave a clean spot for all the kids and vacationers.

Take care of your ears and wear earplugs with a special music filter. This way you can still hear the music super well, talk to the people around you and protect your hearing. We sell good Partyplugs at the manned cash registers. At the camping store we sell (sleep) earplugs and at the bars the old-fashioned foam plugs.

For one weekend we become a mini-society with a beautiful sense of community. Is someone not behaving pleasantly? It’s perfectly fine to address each other on a positive note. If we carry the Wildeburg feeling together, it will definitely be the best weekend of the year.

This saves tens of thousands of plastic cups and keeps Wildeburg nice and clean.

No, we will not sell cigarettes on Wildeburg.

We will sell rain ponchos at the camping store, but please bring your own raincoat. This is more better for the environment, and will reduce the amount of waste on the festival site.

No confetti at Wildeburg: the tiny snippets of paper – or even worse: plastic – are almost impossible to clean and get rid of. We want to keep the beautiful terrain in the middle of nature serene.

Yes, but please bring a doctor’s prescription. At the first aid post, medicines can be kept refrigerated.

The area has beautiful beaches and water. Swimming is completely at your own risk and only allowed inside the ball lines. Outside these lines, entering the water is prohibited. Swimming is only allowed between 08:00 and sunset. Organization can never be held responsible for calamities.

Yes, it can get quite chilly at night and we have a long weekend ahead of us. You definitely want to be able to dress warmly if you need to.

We sell (sleep) earplugs at the camping store, Partyplugs at the checkouts and PLUG-it earplugs at the bars.

Yes! Tickets for Wildeburg are very popular, which make them an popular target for black market sales. By selling personalized tickets, the sale of overly expensive tickets minimized. Upon entering the festival site you‘ll need to show your ID, so don’t forget to bring it and be sure the correct name is on your ticket.

You can change the personal information on your ticket via Name Change for €10. This is possible via the confirmation mail you received from Paylogic. Click the button ‘Manage order’. You will then see an overview of your purchased tickets. Click on ‘More actions’ at the top right and then on ‘name change’.

Soon it will be possible to sell via Ticketswap. TicketSwap is the only way to transfer a ticket between people who don‘t know each other. The sold ticket is replaced with a completely new ticket which ensures you have a valid ticket. The name is also changed in the process. With your festival ticket you paid €10,- deposit for a trash bag, which you will receive at the entrance. You can hand in your trash bag at the exit. The opening hours of the garbage point are as follows:

Sunday 09:00 – 22:00

Some stages can only be reached by wheelchair with special off-road tyres and a some places may not be able to be reached at all. Fortunately, there are plenty of places you can get to. If you email toegankelijkheid@wildeburg.nl we can show you your optimal routes. No later than two weeks before the festival, you will receive a personal map with all the information.

Duinpan: only accessible via unpaved paths, stage itself is entirely on sand.
Helling: not accessible, the stage is in the sand on a slope.
Vuurtorenstrand: up to the area there is a paved path, but to get to the stage itself you have to go through the sand.
